I will say first and foremost that I should have read that "banana" is listed second on the front of the package and in the description. I didn't realize 1) how sweet they would be and 2) how chewy mine were when others described them as "crisp." (the heat index is over 100 today though so some super heating while shipping may have affected, who knows)
They're chips as in disks about the size of a quarter, and to me they're very close to the chewy dried banana chips I had as a kid, now it's just like there's just grass mixed in. This is not necessarily a negative, as I definitely expected something with spirulina in it to taste very green and earthy, banana just takes over anything it touches and it has done so here as well. I wanted more of the spriulina/sesame seed taste i suppose.
I think this is a great company and despite the high price tag of goods such as these, it's still lower than storefront retail and seems to be VERY high quality. I'm looking forward to trying their other offerings.
